This book blew me away. I did not know what to expect reading a historical fiction novel about Genghis Khan and absolutely loved it. It was not just a story about war or killing; it was about family and honor and revenge and survival. Conn Iggulden immediately catapults himself into one of my favorite authors, with this book alone. Highly recommend this book.
